Congratulations on winning our auction!

You should have received an email from us with a link to our checkout system which will step you through the sale, give you our bank account details and provide you with a page where you can monitor your purchase (The email contents are also linked from the auction).
However, if you didn’t receive that email, you can view the information below:

You MUST use the auction reference number as the transaction reference number. This is very important! If you are making an over-the-counter payment, please ask the teller to enter the reference number. If the reference number is not included, postage of the item will most likely be delayed.

(excludes new DVDs, Blu-rays and CDs)

IMPORTANT: For security reasons it is imperative that you arrange a time for pick-up as items WILL NOT BE READY FOR YOU if you just turn up.

Our general hours for pick-up are from 2pm until late, Monday-Saturday. Some Sundays may also be arranged.
Unfortunately we can not meet you during the morning (any time before 2pm), no exceptions, which is why we are open late instead. We will, however, try our best to make another appointment which will suit you. To contact us you may email, text or call us to arrange a pick-up time.
